What we do
Estimations
Every property and location is different which is why we conduct a site survey for the estimating process.
Estimations take into consideration:
- The work being requested.
- The size of the property or area to be tackled.
- Ease of access.
- How heavily soiled the area to be cleaned is.
- Provision of water (via an outside tap)
- Electricity for some services.
- Any additional items specific to each customer
Driveways
One of the first things that people see when they come to your property, either home or business is your driveway. Sometimes before they see the building!
First impressions make a difference, and a simple clean entrance that's bright, with a lack of weeds helps. It's not an attractor on its own, but having a grimy lacklustre entrance or car park can be a detractor.

Gutters
Autumn, leading into winter is a good time to consider your gutters, before the temperature drops, and all the leaves and moss freeze into your blocked gutters and start dripping onto the ground, creating frozen ice patches.

Solar Panels
It doesn't take long for traffic grime and dirt to build up and reduce the effectiveness of solar panels. It reduces the ROI (return on investment) and means it will take longer to make your money back.
If done regularly (once or twice a year under most normal conditions) with an appropriate product, it will keep the efficiency of the solar panels at its highest potential and reduce potential damage that dirt grime and bio materials can create.
Roofs
Depending on where your house is located, your roof may be fine, and most people go year on year without even looking at their roof.
If you've got moss falling down onto your drive or patio, or you can see different coloured spots (white, black, or green) on the roof, then you may want to consider an inspection to see if a roof clean with biocide treatment could be necessary.
